Barbara Aguon, ARM is a career Safety Professional for nearly 45 years. In 2022, she pivoted from 30 years of experience with the government sector to starting her own business to continue safety training and consulting.

As Safety Manager for City of Portland Parks & Recreation for 30 years, Barbara utilized and expanded her broad-spectrum knowledge, skills, and experience in Occupational Safety & Health, Ergonomics, Post-Incident Management, Risk Management, Claims and Disability Management, and Emergency Management daily.

Barbara’s technical expertise, paired with her training and awareness of diversity, inclusion, and equity, provide a strong foundation for working with all communities. She is passionate about injury and illness prevention and committed to making a meaningful impact.
